AKTEK are able to supply arms in a variety of specially engineered solutions such as trace heated for bitumen or heavy fuel oil loading. The arms can be heated through a number of ways, including electrical trace heating, steam heating and oil heating with a number of installed solutions available. 

These arms can also feature a dual stand post so that an arm can be removed for maintenance and a replacement arm installed.

Other features/options include pneumatic control and high level alarm activation and shut off.

With trace heated bottom loading, heated hoses are used to maintain a constant product temperature. Electrical trace heating is often used, including the use of state of the art self-regulating heating cables for efficiency
